Use your Clingora holder for up to 90 days. If it is not right for you, email us at support@clingora.shop within 90 days of delivery and we refund the full price of the holders you send back.

How to return

Email us your order number and we reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the holder arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Orders that have not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we reship it or refund it in full.
